Red Snapper had an urgent requirement for Personal accident and medical cover for a large number of contractors being sent on long term overseas assignment. We made contact with Clements on a Friday, after being unable to find a solution elsewhere, and they were able to get cover confirmed and documentation issued over the weekend in time for the flights on the Sunday. I was told that Clements would total the vehicle and send me a check.. in Chile it meant just the beginning of my problems. Chile doesn’t allow vehicles to stay in country and [getting] it out was going to be an issue. I was speechless when [Clements] let me know I didn’t need to worry.
